We made a cheap DIY orbiting camera rig!
Special thanks to Craig and Ruthy from UbiFire http://ubifire.com for their idea and execution of making this rig. I had my doubts that it could be done safely and that it would produce smooth shots but as you can see in the video blow it works beautifully.
This sort of camera rig can be setup in many different ways and using lots of different gear. This is just how we did it for this camera and lens combo.
