Canon announces the latest camera addition in their cinema line.
The new Canon EOS C80 is a mix of the flagship features of Canon’s powerful C400 cinema camera but in a lighter, run-and-gun form factor of the popular C70.
According to Canon the EOS C80 offers stunning imagery and broadcast-ready features. The new camera’s exhaustive feature set includes a 6K full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor. It also has a triple-base ISO. As far as autofocus, the C80 has the next-gen Dual-Pixel CMOS AF II. All these features are packed neatly into a compact, lightweight body that’s great for virtually any configuration of capture, including handheld, gimbal, tripod, and drone.
