- Please note that digital content (streaming and downloading) is delivered via VHX. Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an email from VHX with a link to the product. - No refunds. Exchanges only for the purchase of a DVD and/or USB pen drive, if the product is defective.
- No Guarantee Of Perpetual Service: VHX Corporation (the owner of VHX.TV) is a reputable company offering an advanced online platform for delivering digital content. In the unlikely event that VHX.TV stops to offer its service (in case of a bankruptcy, for example), customers will no longer be able to stream or download the digital content purchased at tomantosfilms.com. Should this happen, customers will be notified in advance about the termination of service – at the email address provided at the time of purchase – and will be given an ample opportunity to download all their purchases, if they already have not done so. However, no other remedies will be offered.
- By providing us your contact information, you also agree that we can send you email notifications when we launch a new filmmaking product or workshop, but we shall do this infrequently and give you the option of unsubscribing from this mailing list (i.e. an unsubscribe link will be provided in any such correspondence)
- For Canadian customers, prices include the GST/HST applicable to your province.
- Physical products (DVD, USB pen drive…) are normally shipped within 2 business days.
- We ship via Canada Post.
- Free Shipping does not include tracking. It delivers anywhere in the world according to the following deliver estimates:
- United States: 4 to 7 business days
- Canada: 2 to 4 business days
- Other destinations: 6 to 10 business days
- Tracking and Express Shipping are available only for the U.S and Canada.
- Delivery times for packages with tracking are the same as the ones for the free shipping option (i.e. see the estimates above).
- Delivery estimates for Express Shipping are as follows:
- United States: 2 to 3 business days
- Canada: 1 to 2 business days
- Delivery times vary due to customs and courier delays, or a delay in the clearing of your payment (ex. if you pay with eCheck).
