Recently, I had a chance to meet Chris Downing, Tim Wilson and Derek Allen of GearJones.com. These guys are talented cinematographers from the Washington D.C. area.
We sat down together to look at the results of a test they did on some of the top cinema cameras, specifically on the the Red Dragon, Canon C300 Mark1, Blackmagic Design URSA Mini 4.6K, Sony F5, Sony FS7 and Sony FS5.
This test really shows off what these cameras can handle and where they fail in terms of the dynamic range, the colors and the compression codecs.
I hope you enjoyed watching the video. If you would like to see more of these tests from Gear Jones, then please go to gearjones.com or to their official YouTube channel.
